Missing horse!

Please help Kelly from Colorado to find her missing yearling. Kelly wrote to TRACS:

My yearling was sold illegally to an auction here in Colorado a month ago to a kill buyer by the name of Charlie Carter. He was shipped to Canada and I cannot find him. I still believe someone could have pulled him from a feedlot. Any ideas?

Here is my baby boy so you know what he looks like.

He is about 14hh, TB/Percheron cross. Very fuzzy, all black white star. Big guy.
